Natural SaltZTM Skirt SteakZ
(Works with Ribeye, T-Bone etc.)
Ingredients:

High-Quality Skirt Steak (get it fresh from the butcher)

Natural SaltZTM

Olive oil
-
Garlic
Directions:
Sprinkle Natural SaltZTM on skirt steak several hours before grilling/frying.
Make sure steak is up to room temperature prior to grilling/frying.
To knock it out of the frickin' ballpark: Add Natural SaltZTM the night before, seal in a ziplock baggie and store in the fridge overnight then bring the seasoned steaks out and allow them to warm up to room temp before grilling/frying.
If frying, use ½ tbs olive oil, heat oil. Then add small amount of garlic until soft and fry steakZ.
If grilling, ensure you get a good sear on each side as quick as possible.

Ingredients:

Wing Segments

Natural SaltzTM

Garlic Powder

Spicy Seasoning of your choice (I like Tony Sacheries)
Directions:
Used thawed Wing Segments and sprinkle with Natural SaltZTM about ¼ tsp/lb of wings at least 2 hours before grilling toss until well coated.
Grill wings turning often until about ½ way done then add your spicy seasoning to taste. Grill wing segments until they are sizzling and crispy, then coat generously with garlic powder and a little more spicy seasoning. Turn a couple more times until the garlic powder is roasted.
Let rest for 15 minutes and enjoy.
BE WARNED!: Natural SaltZTM uses a very high-quality sea salt and so the salt is a little more powerful than normal salt. Experiment with the quantity to your taste.

Delicious Natural SaltZTM
Turkey BurgerZ
Ingredients:

1 LB lean ground turkey

1med onion diced
-
Bread crumbs
-
1/3 cup Olive oil mayonnaise
-
4 TBS ketchup divided
-
2 TBS Sweet relish
-
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
2 TBS olive oil
-
1 tsp vinegar.

Directions:
In a small sauce pan on medium heat, saute diced onions in olive oil and 2 TBS ketchup until very soft, approximately 10 min. Sprinkle lightly with NaturalSaltzTM. Set aside to cool.
Combine ground turkey, cooled diced onions, breadcrumbs, and Worcestershire sauce. Press into patties, sprinkle with NaturalSaltz. Grill until done to 165F internal temperature.
Sauce:
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, relish, remaining ketchup
Spread sauce on burgers while building your delicious Natural SaltzTM Turkey Burger. Don't forget to add your favorite garnishments.
